Third St. is a rather broad artery as it crosses Yosemite St. in Bayview.  Some blocks north of here the road narrows, and for a while the light rail trains share the roadway with street traffic.  Wherever red brick is present, the motorist should be aware that this is territory reserved for transit.

No left turns or U-turns are permitted at this location, as is frequently the case along the route.  At some point in this country's history, jurisdictions have seemed to be satisfied that the motoring public understands such road signs without accompanying text.
