It was "Giants Winter FanFest" day on this sunny January
Saturday, and a long line of participants waited outside the stadium for
admission. As the day progressed, traffic in this whole area became very backed up by
cars seeking parking in nearby lots. Trains, although restricted by
regulation to very low speeds during stadium events, progressed through the
area normally.
