Extension project was well underway at the time of this 2004 scene.
With its 2007 T-Third opening Muni now has about 35 unduplicated route miles in its network.
There are single lines elsewhere in the country which exceed or approximate
this distance, but no place else has the intensity, diversity and complexity
of urban light rail as does San Francisco. |
