Rails and overhead wires abound in this scene
looking south at
Market and Church Sts. The F-Market & Wharves Historic Streetcar
Line crosses at grade here, likely the only location in this country where two
streetcar
tracks cross another pair at grade.
The Muni Metro
subway is below, and there is a station here for the four lines
that use the tunnel. Electric trolleybuses ply both streets, and
thus there are wires seemingly all over the place.
