I surely wish I had taken more photos
anywhere and everywhere on Muni when I was first riding it, during the PCC era. But at
least I did take some
pictures along the J-Church in the 1970s, as evidenced in this scene
and several others later in this section.
The PCC was the only kind of vehicle in service then,
but its future was foredoomed by construction of the Muni Metro
subway.
