This "Boat Tram" is originally from Blackpool, England, and
has long been a part of San Francisco's roster of historic cars.
The first time one sees it, the appearance may be rather startling.
It's a fun ride, even on a chilly and gray February day such as it
was when this photo was taken at the terminal by Fisherman's Wharf.
This car handled passengers from here only as far as to the Ferry
Terminal. |
