SAN FRANCISCO LIGHT RAIL
Bright Sunlight

Car 1062 has just turned off Steuart St. to begin its run along Market in this scene.  The Ferry Building is bathed in very bright sunshine.  The paint scheme on this unit honors Louisville.

The smallest U.S. city to acquire new PCCs, and also one where such cars lasted (barely) into the 1960s, was Johnstown, PA.  There are no cars in the historic fleet that replicate that city's colors.
