The newest stretch of track on the San Diego Trolley,
including the portion in view here,
brought the total system length to over 53 miles. The Mission Valley
East project includes not only underground trackage, but also a long
elevated section, including a station fairly high up at
Grantville. This photo is somewhat flawed by window issues, but
shows a part of that lengthy stretch of above-ground running. |
