Unlike common practice elsewhere, the destination signs
on the Blue Line reflect the name of the terminal city, not the station name. The
last stop in Gresham, pictured in this evening scene, is
at Cleveland Ave. At Hillsboro, it is Hatfield
Government Center.
At 33 miles, the Blue Line is the second-longest light rail line in the
nation, outdistanced by only -- and not by very much -- a route that
serves the St. Louis area. |
