The inbound St. Charles Streetcar utilizes Howard
Ave. for one block to get from Lee Circle to one-way running along
Carondelet St. Two tracks continue straight ahead for some
blocks on Howard, but these rails do not see regular service. In fact,
only the right-hand track in this view is utilized, and the St.
Charles Streetcar runs
quickly curve off to the right. Plaza Tower is in the
distance. A considerable number of the high-rise structures in
New Orleans do not inspire. |
