This scene along the Riverfront Streetcar is on
its southern portion,
behind the Convention Center. It is not particularly scenic or
pretty territory, but any view of a streetcar and curving tracks has
redeeming qualities.
Like all the other New Orleans rail lines, the Riverfront Streetcar
has an official RTA route number, which is 2. And as on the
other routes, this number is never in evidence on the streetcar or
signs. |
