This view shows a relative lack of traffic along
Canal St. in downtown. For the brief period that the Canal
Streetcar ran before the storm, its red units were
vivid and frequent. And there were many more people and autos
typically in view.
Many of the palm trees have yellow bracing by their bases. It
is a peculiar sight. |
