Preston Inbound

Most of the stations along the Red Line are staggered so that the platforms for opposite directions of travel are not adjacent to each other.  This view is at the northbound Preston stop.  The platform is on the near side of the namesake street.  The southbound station is barely visible in the distance, on the far side.

It was a gray winter's day at the time of this image.  This view highlights some of the structures built to accommodate Houston's commerce more well over half a century ago.
