Center starts immediately beyond Hermann Park. An inbound
train approaches from there in this scene, and there is also a partially
obscured outbound run in view.
The big red "X" warns drivers that
trains are in the area, and that left turns are temporarily
prohibited. But that has apparently not stopped the various vehicles
trailing the train. |
