The Green Line traveled over Causeway St. for several
blocks at the time of this busy elevated railway scene. The train on the closer track has just left North
Station on its way outbound two more stops to Lechmere.
There
were, and are, numerous restaurants and taverns at street level.
The concrete barriers to the left reflect the unfortunate realities of
the modern age. There is a large Federal building located out of
view to the left. |
