DALLAS HERITAGE RAIL
Test Car

Until 2002 Tandy Corp. (now RadioShack Corp.) operated a short rail route, inherited from a department store, to connect its former Fort Worth headquarters building with a remote parking lot.  This car from there wound up as MATA property, and is seen here at the Cityplace end of the M-Line the following year.  It was originally a standard PCC trolley operating in the nation's capital, and has remained mostly out of service in Dallas.

The west entrance to the DART subway station again appears in the background.
