LOS ANGELES METRO HEAVY RAIL
At Universal City

Universal City is one of but two Red Line stations in the San Fernando Valley.  From here inbound it is more than three miles under the Hollywood Hills to the next station, Hollywood/Highland, in the L.A. Basin. 

No trains are in sight in this view from above.  A sprinkling of passengers await, mostly on the downtown-bound side of the platform.  The pillars are adorned with artwork that is devoted to matters far back into the area's history.
